We are also aware of our responsibility to meet the three different aspects of sustainability criteria: Economic Development, Social Equality and Environmental Respect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-left\">Out traditional line of work has been based on achieving the highest levels of efficiency in transport systems and also examining the effectiveness of the system beyond the realm of transport itself, adopting a systematic approach to identify the influence of urban development, economic efficiency, urban quality of life and environmental quality in our residential and work from local, county, provincial, regional and autonomous governments and private customers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-left\">The services we have provided include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Numerous urban mobility plans for town and county councils<\/li>\n<li>Traffic and parking plans, public spaces, pedestrianisation and traffic calming<\/li>\n<li>Restructuring plans for urban and intercity public transport services<\/li>\n<li>Strategic projects in the areas of transport, land use and town planning<\/li>\n<li>Impact of traffic from new residential and commercial developments and work centres<\/li>\n<li>Demand estimation of road infrastructures -free or toll- and rail and public transport infrastructures in general, including economic and financial analyses and recommendations designed to improve their efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Road safety improvement plans<\/li>\n<li>Studies to estimate the external costs associated with transport activity<\/li>\n<li>Work centre accessibility plans: industrial estates and technology parks<\/li>\n<li>Advice on urban development<\/li>\n<li>Municipal GIS analyses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"text-left\">And generally, technical assistance aimed Metropolitan Area of Logro\u00f1o\u2019s Road Plan for the Government of Rioja.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section id='que-es-leber-5' class='fullheight mediumfullheight vcenter section' data-title='Municipal activities'><div class='degsmall'><div class='row'><\/p>\n<div class=\"large-6 large-ofset-1 medium-6 medium-offset-1 columns\">\n<h2>Municipal activities:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"text-left\">We have worked with a large number of local governments, most notably:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The national prize awarded to Getxo<\/li>\n<li>The studies conducted in Bilbao, Donostia\/San Sebastian, Amorebieta, Tolosa, Azkoitia, Durango, Barakaldo, Laredo, Tudela, Murcia, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"text-left\">Our contributions include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have implemented an innovative paid parking control scheme on the road, with centralised number plate control.<\/li>\n<li>We have created green waves for traffic lights, allowing the speed of traffic to be restricted while also minimising the number of stops.<\/li>\n<li>We have also led a global approach to create and improve public spaces, along with new strategic thinking and public participation plans, including our children\u2019s programme.<\/li>\n<li>We have optimised urban bus services with improved demand and lower costs for the service.<\/li>\n<li>We
